In this meditation course, you'll practice accessing your innermost resilient self and integrating this aspect of yourself so that you can face difficult challenges head-on with more confidence and a plan of action! You'll explore and replace your fears of not feeling "worthy or good enough" to make space in your life in order to harness your best possible resilient self. We'll be using a Parts Therapy technique to hold space and Interview this inner, dormant aspect of ourselves. Each lesson includes a blend of guided visualization, insight into psychological patterns, and contemplative inquiry to gain clarity on how you can harness more resilience into your life! We will use techniques like Visualization, Mindful Breathing, Nonjudgmental Self Compassion, Letting Go of Limiting Beliefs and Parts Work to help you connect and have harmony with all the many different parts of ourself. Exploring Parts Work will help you gain a greater understanding of the many different aspects of your psyche to help you gain deeper insight into your behaviors, choices, and life patterns. Specifically we will take a look at our inner critic, inner child and our inner most resilient self in order to examine where there's disharmony and restore balance where we hold space for the abundance of options always available at our disposal to aid us through a challenging or overwhelming situation. Overall this meditaiton course will help you feel hopeful and empowered that you can successfully navigate a challenging situation!
