The Christmas Butter Cookie Chocolate Coated Liquorice sees those big chunks of yielding liquorice complemented by caramelised white chocolate, crunchy butter caramel and sweet cinnamon sugar. Scandi chic meets Christmas treat. With his combination of knitwear and perfect hair, Johan Bülow is handsomely Scandi. And this man loves his liquorice. So much so that after honing his craft, he opened his first shop in 2007 on the tiny Danish island of Bornholm. He had sold out within two hours of opening - they were so good that one customer even bought the sample bowl. The following year he upscaled, setting up the world's smallest liquorice factory in Taastrup, just outside Copenhagen.
