Pure Butter Shortbread Scottie Dogs are almost too cute to eat. Each one is shaped like a little Scottish Terrier and they are made to a regal (not beagle) standard, because Walkers have a Royal Warrant as the supplier of shortbread and oatcakes to The Queen herself. Not sure what the corgis would make of them though. Created in the Scottish Highlands; loved the world over. Following a traditional family recipe devised by Joseph Walker, Walkers have been making pure butter shortbread in the Moray village of Aberlour since 1898. To this day, they still use no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
