Defend your little one from damaging solar rays with the Mustela Very High Protection Sun Lotion SPF 50+, a very high protection chemical sun lotion for children and babies for the face and body. Gentle enough to be used from birth, Mustela's Very High Protection sunscreen defends every skin type against damaging UVB and UVA rays. It can even be used on those with sun sensitive, intolerant and atopic skin. The hypoallergenic sun lotion reduces the risk of sunburn and serious sun damage, while softening and hydrating your child's delicate skin. Lightweight and comfortable, the SPF 50+ lotion also prevents cell damage through Mustela's patented ingredient, Avocado Perseose®, so your little one's skin is protected and strengthened while maintaining very high UV protection. The fragrance-free formula envelops skin in an invisible protective film. The non-sticky and non-greasy lotion melts into skin, making the sunscreen perfect for busy parents as it ensures an effortless application, without leaving a white effect or staining clothing. Plus, the formula is incredibly sand resistant, with water-resistant abilities against both salt and chlorinated water. Highly resistant to sweat and towel rubbing, the children's sunscreen is the perfect addition to any beach bag. Why We Love It Babies and young childrens' skin are incredibly sensitive to the sun, which is why Mustela advises that children shouldn't be exposed to direct sunlight, where possible. However, when they are off exploring in the sun, it's important to keep them protected. Specifically formulated for babies and children, Mustela uses organic protective filters which have been carefully selected for their skin tolerance, so they can be used from newborn. We also love that this lotion uses UV filters that comply with Hawaii's coral preservation regulation, while the cardboard is sourced from sustainably managed forests and the bottle is recyclable. How To Use It Apply generously and evenly to the face and body before sun exposure, and then at least every two hours afterwards. Reapply to dry skin after swimming and reapply in the case of sweating.
