Hydrates, conditions and repairs damaged hair. Strengthens and reduces breakage. Adds weightless shine, gloss and bounce. Ideal for dry, damaged, porous or curly hair. Developed by world-leading trichologists. Can be used as pre-shampoo treatment and overnight hair mask.   What You Need To Know: It's a more potent version of the iconic Elasticizer, the hair mask that sells one product every minute worldwide! It contains the same hero elastin ingredients but in higher doses to nourish over-worked and over-styled hair. It's a level up from the original, designed to bring naturally coarse, curly, and extremely dry hair back to life. The multi-use pre-shampoo and hair mask promotes elasticity, minimises breakage and damage while locking in moisture and improving manageability. The scent-free formula has a slightly thicker texture than the original Elasticizer with a more potent amount of the hero-ingredient, hydrolyzed elastin; a flexible protein naturally found in the hair to strengthen each strand so that it breaks less. Castor oil, olive oil and glycerin are to thank for Elasticizer Extreme's hydrating qualities. Unlike other oils, castor and olive oil are emulsified oils that penetrate hair cuticles and deeply condition to rehydrate and improve shine, leaving your hair feeling brand new without feeling heavy or greasy.   Why It's Escentual: The original Elasticizer was created for Hollywood royalty; Philip Kingsley created the formula for Audrey Hepburn's hair because it was receiving regular colouring and styling on movie sets. With Elasticizer Extreme, even those with the most damaged or driest of hair can see the instantly bouncy, frizz-free results! Elasticizer Extreme allows us to get salon-like results at home. Philip Kingsley use this trichologist-developed (specialists in issues like hair loss and the scalp) formula as part of the treatments clients receive in their award-winning clinics in London and New York.   The Best Way To Use It: For best results use the Elasticizer Extreme regularly; we recommend once a week as a minimum. Use as a pre-shampoo by applying to thoroughly wet hair in sections. Use your fingertips to work it through the hair, cover with the included shower cap and leave for 10-20 minutes. Rinse well and follow with shampoo and conditioner (rinse twice if you have finer hair). Or, if you prefer, apply it before bed as an overnight mask, and wash it out in the morning. Apply a generous amount to coarse, wavy, curly, and frizzy hair. If you notice the formula sinking in and disappearing, apply more until your hair feels slippery. The drier your hair is, the more Elasticizer Extreme it'll need.
