如果你喜歡海灘、海鮮、人文豐富、步調悠閒的度假之地，物價可愛(這很重要)、治安良好、景色壯闊的葡萄牙，會是你很棒的選擇。
關於葡萄牙的行程規劃，由於大部份有活力的觀光城市座落分散，而且彼此之間是走不到的距離，自駕的機動性會比較高，租車的價格也不貴，可以看下方網站比較，租車的保險可以到現場再買，建議買全險。全險雖然比較貴，但是人在國外度假，考量時間/語言/精力等各種成本，再看我驚嚇的第一小時就撞車的教訓/經驗分享，你就會心甘情願保全險了。(苦笑)

In Portugal, from south to north, cities provide different energy and demonstrate its own charm. Plan a road trip in Portugal and start your own adventure. The country is generally very safe and the cost of living including car rentals is relatively affordable/cheap comparing to central & north european countries.
Before you hit the road, don’t forget to have full insurance to go with, it might seem like a unnecessary expense but you will be grateful to yourself if any unlikely event happens while traveling. My friend and I experienced crashing a BMW in Portugal and after reading our story, most will agree that a full coverage insurance is a good choice.

主要的兩個地區：里斯本Lisbon、南邊algarve｜two main regions：Lisbon & algarve
這次挑選的區域主要有二：1) 南邊Algarve區和 2) 首都里斯本、臨近的山城 – 辛特拉(Sintra)。
After reading many, I picked two main regions: 1) Algarve, the south, and 2) Lisbon, the capital city, and a UNESCO heritage town nearby called Sintra.
南部Algarve區：Faro, Albufeira, Lagoa, Portimão，加上中西部的首都Lisbon和聯合國文化遺產Sintra
葡萄牙很多很美的海灘和全球十大絕美海蝕洞之一的Benagil cave，在網上看到這個洞穴的圖片之後，魂牽夢縈直接存下到「必去」的資料夾，在此區域，可以住在Albufeira、Lagos；首都里斯本的美，也是廣為流傳，網路上的照片一張張展現著里斯本的色彩繽紛、文化、美食，各種都會活力＋歷史建築＋海邊風光，加上朋友一句「里斯本是我最喜歡的歐洲城市」，於是，在我還沒踏上葡國土地之前，一片的風光旖旎已經在我的腦中畫出浪漫的歐風色彩。
里斯本附近的Sintra，被列為聯合國文化遺產，是個非常值得一日遊的好地方，從里斯本搭火車去約1小時，但可以的話我會建議從里斯本開車去，在山上移動會比較方便。原本還想去葡萄酒鄉Porto停留幾天，但因為時間太趕、加上離開的機場是里斯本LIS，因路線不順而作罷。Porto的美酒，在其他葡國城市一定也買得到吧！我這樣安慰自己，但的確是這樣沒錯。

Look at the heavenly beaches in Portugal, no one would deny that this is a blessed land, one of the top 10 most beautiful caves in the world also sits in Algarve. That’s why people will never skip Algarve region when visiting Portugal. The popular areas for hotels are Albufeira and Lagos.
Lisbon, as one of the most historical city in western Europe. It’s impossible to hide its charm scented with the old time glory. “Lisbon is my favorite city in Europe.” a friend said. The favorite, not one of the favorites.
The distinct yellow tram, colorful architecture style, the cultures, and the delicacies, this city’s energy shines through all the pictures I found online , whispering warm welcome greetings to me even before my visit.
Sintra, located in the north of Lisbon, is approx. 1-hr-train-ride away and is definitely worth a visit. However, I would recommend drive there if possible, then it would be much easier to go around in the mountains. Besides Sintra, if you are a wine lover, don’t forget to include Porto in the route.

自駕路線安排road trip/ route plan：
旅程從南往北展開，降落在南邊的Faro機場後，建議可以直接駕車前往阿爾布費拉(Albufeira)，約四十分鐘可以抵達，那一區比較有活力。Faro給人的感覺，是個純樸的漁村，城市女孩如我，Albufeira比較得我心。(在Faro我連腳趾都沈不住氣地動來動去…)
Starting form south, landing in Faro FAO airport, the car rentals are right next to the terminal waiting for you. Grab a rental car and hit the road, Albufeira is a good starting point, located 40-min drive away, as it provides a more vibrant scene than Faro.
自駕路線：從南到北
1 傍晚降落在南邊Faro機場(FAO)/ 住一晚；
2 住濱海度假城市Albufeira/ 住兩晚；
當日往返Portimão參加遊艇行程、去Benagil cave
3 北上途經西南邊的Alentejano看海灣懸崖/ 停兩小時；
4 吃住玩在首都里斯本Lisbon/ 住三晚；
浪漫山城辛特拉Sintra/ 當日來回里斯本；
5 隔天中午從Lisbon機場(LIS)離開。
Route: from south to north
1 Land in Faro FAO airport/ stay 1 night;
2 West bound to each resorts town – Albufeira/ 2 nights;
Benagil caves yacht tour departing from Portimão/ half-day
3 Drive towards north for 1.5-hr to Alentejano to see the amazing coast line/ stay for 2 hrs;
4 Lisbon city/ 3 nights;
Sintra, a UNESCO heritage town/ day tour;
5 Leave from Lisbon LIS airport.
Faro 法羅
因為旅程從南往北走，為順路安排，所以來的時候挑南邊的Faro FAO機場。
Faro FAO is a good point to start if the route is form south to north.
人生筆記：如果剛下飛機，租車記得一定要保全險。

如果再重來一次，我會在機場拿完車就直接去Albufeira，絕對不是因為我們第一晚就在法羅撞爛一台BMW，是因為Albufeira比較好玩。從機場開過去車程約四十分鐘，住宿的選擇比較多、也比較多可以逛的。那個區域整體也比較有活力。
I stayed in Faro for the first night after a late evening landing, the reason why I suggest drive 40-min to Albufeira directly for the stay is because its lively atmosphere, definitely not because of the car crash within the first hour of arrival in Faro… More resorts, restaurants and entertainments there in Albufeira and so is the vivid nightlife.
Albufeira 阿布費拉
這次在這住了兩晚，這一區應有盡有，美麗海灘、緊鄰海灘的島嶼風餐廳、各種水上活動、滿佈餐廳和商店的舊城區、各種度假泳池飯店、葡國風彩的繽紛公寓型住宿、大小商店、夜生活一概不缺。
中午在海邊餐廳吹海風、吃美食配海景，飯後從當地小超市買一罐葡萄牙北邊Porto產的紅酒，品嘗一下、整體氛圍就是慵懶的海島度假風格、晚上就到舊城(old town)吃飯逛逛、如果有什麼需要採買的，當地有個購物中心，買了一些東西，價格無比親民。
晚上如果到舊城用餐想要順便喝個小酒、跳個舞的話，建議服裝打扮不用重裝，因為此區大家的衣著還是偏海島度假風。有幾個英國妹子精心重裝打扮，站在這悠哉的小城，很美，看似合成畫面，也是為這個夜晚增添不少趣味。
海邊很有多水上活動可以參加，八月下旬的太陽很賞臉，暖呼呼地，沙灘上有做日光浴的男女、堆沙堡的孩子、還有各種海上活動如風浪板、快艇馳程、拖曳划水、SUP、獨木舟等。無論白天在沙灘上、還是飯店泳池邊、又或是晚上舊城鬧區裡的餐廳，點一壺Sangria，熱情的夏日節奏就從你的杯裡往空氣中無限擴散。
備註：這裡很多英國人，因為整個Algarve區是英國人的避寒/海灘度假聖地之一，但也因此物價被哄抬的很高(高2-3倍)，所以挑餐廳時英國人指數是很重要的參考指標 (笑)。
Albufeira is located in the west of Faro, about 50-min drive from Faro airport. The atmosphere here smells like a authentic beach holiday area, good for friends, couples and family. Surrounded by many beaches and holiday resort hotels, you will feel time really s-l-o-w-s down once you arrive here.
Sun bathing, beach lunch and sangria, strolling on the white sand beaches and enjoy the kisses from the sun and the gentle breeze, yes, that sounds summer to me. For the adventure ones, feeling like jet skiing, kayaking, or surfing? Yes, this is the place for you.
Dining & night life: in old town area. Casual clothes fits the environment more if you are going out dancing here, smart casual at most. It would be intriguing and “outstanding”if dressing up like in a fancy club of a big city. Girls, breezy beach goddess style is the most you could do here, after all, we don’t want to look like being photoshopped into the scene…
Notes: order a pot of Sangria or a glass of red wine from Porto, Portugal is in our eyes, as well as in our glasses. Cheers, my dear.
Portimão 波爾蒂摩

大多數的遊覽洞穴的船程從這裡出發，然後往東沿岸開。只要輸入Benagil cave就可以找到很多行程。行程包含賞海豚、賞洞穴、賞海灘等。這次訂的遊艇幸運包船，讓我們好像當了一個上午的豪門子弟，沿途航經當地富豪的私人沙灘城堡，幻想著邀請函下午就會送來。(笑)。行程分享看這。
In Algarve, Benagil cave tours and most boat tours depart from here. Many tour stands are here at the port. Popular things to do here includes coastline boat tour, dolphin tour, water sports. The one I tried is a caves tour by yacht, luckily there was no other people booking it in the morning, therefore, exclusive indeed that we were daydreaming the invitation from the private beach castle would be delivered to our hands on the same day…
Coast Natural Park: Alentejano 海岸公園
大景之一。從Algarve開往Lisbon途經此處，停留兩小時。整個西部海岸線有許多氣勢磅礡的沿岸峭壁，伴著透藍海水的白沙灘也隨處可見，沙灘愛好者，葡萄牙西部沿岸會讓你的視覺高潮不斷！
Great scene indeed! Driving from Algarve to Lisbon, a small detour would lead you to this majestic view. There are plenty of cliff along the west coastlines, with amazing beaches embedded in between. Get ready to spoil your eyes with this incredible scenes.
Lisbon 里斯本
這裡真的是太可愛了，在里斯本的三天，金黃色陽光灑滿整個城市，乾淨的街道、善良親切的人民、可口鮮美的海中珍味，色彩爭豔的歐風老建築熱情奔放，道地的葡式蛋塔甜點店隨處可見，山上城堡有歷史的蹤影、露天廣場酒吧讓你把整個城市風采盡收眼底、歐式現代工業風的Time Out廣場給美食好氣氛，交通便利，無可挑替。
As a traveler who has been to 30 countries, Lisbon has convinced me with its charm. During my stay, everyday the city was lit up by bright sunshine, great pastries & seafood, clean streets, culture & histories, and the most notable is that people here with warm hospitality remind me of my hometown Taiwan so much.
For dining & wining, the only thing you need to worry about is no time to try it all. Variety choice here ranging from authentic delicacies, international selections, and modern food court, you name it. Public transportation here works well and uber is very affordable alternative too.
Sintra 辛特拉
小城？要來。要來！
A small town to skip? No, it’s a must come.
被列為聯合國文化遺產的Sintra，著實讓我驚豔。詩意、悠閒，這裡給人的感覺就像是一個帶有秘密才藝的隱世美女，氣質清新，經得起一看再看。
讓人回味的景點有：火車站斜對面的餐廳、粉彩色調的山頂Pena城堡、全歐最西境的Cabo da Roca，海天會合在極遠端真的劃出一道明顯的圓弧線，「地球真的是圓的！」對世界、對自然的讚嘆與敬畏展現在每個人的臉上。
當日來回：建議安排一個整天。
交通：可以從里斯本搭火車來，約50分鐘；訪後心得是建議開車來，各點之間的移動比較方便，因為在等hop-on/hop-off的紅巴士有兩次上不去，等待約一個多小時，最後決定跟上不去的其他人一起叫uber。
Listed as unesco heritage, Sintra really surprised me. It exceeded my expectation to a so-called mountain town. It’s poetic, laid-back and historical/architectural-wise interesting. Sintra is a mysterious beauty under a vail. Quiet but non-neglectable. The beauty it holds is classic and imperishable.
Time plan and transportation: day trip from Lisbon suggested; save one entire day for Sintra.
The most common way is to take a train from Lisbon to Sintra ( approx. 50 mins/ one way); however, you could always drive there as the mountain roads there are much less challenging than in Lisbon city center, and it’s easier and more efficient to drive around among tourist attractions. The hop-on hop-off bus routes are perfectly planned, however, it might be helpful to check how long the wait is to get on the bus.
