I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and the entire Apple team for creating a product that quite literally saved my life.
A few weeks ago, I had a harrowing experience where I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs at my home. During this terrifying moment, I was wearing my Apple Watch. To my astonishment, the watch detected my fall and automatically initiated a call for emergency assistance.
Within minutes, an ambulance arrived, and the prompt response of the medical professionals undoubtedly made a significant difference in my outcome. I sustained some injuries, but I am immensely grateful for the swift help that arrived, thanks to the alert sent by my Apple Watch.

如何開啟跌倒偵測功能？
Apple Watch 的跌倒偵測功能適用於 Apple Watch SE 與 Apple Watch Series 4 的後續幾型，當偵測到使用者有嚴重跌倒的跡象時，會用震動的方式輕點一下用戶手腕、發出警示音，並會在畫面中提示。此時，使用者可以選擇聯絡緊急服務，或是按下數位錶冠、點一下左上角的「關閉」或點一下「我沒事」，以關閉提示。如果 Apple Watch 偵測到你有動作，它會等待你回應提示，不會自動撥打緊急服務電話；如果手錶偵測到沒有動作長達 1 分鐘，便會自動撥打緊急服務電話。
想要開啟 Apple Watch 的跌倒偵測功，可在 Watch App 中，找到「SOS 緊急服務」，進入設定選單中就可以到看「跌倒偵測」功能。
