Creating a radiant appearance and an even skin texture, The Ordinary Mandelic Acid 10% + HA anti-bacterial formula provides visibly smoother skin through a gentle, delicate approach to exfoliation. The 10% mandelic acid has a larger weight than other alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), so the acid takes longer to penetrate the skin; this means that the formula gently exfoliates the top layer of the skin without causing irritation. The transparent, oil-like treatment easily absorbs into skin, and is enriched with hyaluronic acid, which visibly hydrates and soothes skin. It also minimises the appearance of fine lines, making this formula suitable for both sensitive and ageing skin. Why We Love It Sensitive skin can often be triggered by exfoliation, which can cause inflammation and visible redness. But exfoliation is still an important step in your skincare routine, so it's great that The Ordinary has created a dermal peeling treatment specifically for those with sensitive skin that doesn't require any rubbing.
