The Clarins Everlasting Youth Fluid Illuminating and Firming Foundation SPF15 is a long-wearing medium coverage formula that won't set into fine lines and wrinkles. The Everlasting Youth Fluid Foundation is Clarins' first liquid foundation developed in the same way as their anti-ageing skincare. Three years of research and 186 trials have gone into making the pro-ageing foundation a debut for Clarins. Every hydrating drop contains the perfect combination of coverage and nourishment, providing the complexion with a firmer, plumped, smooth and radiant appearance. Its creamy, but fluid texture helps to conceal age spots and imperfections, as well as to smooth over fine lines and wrinkles. Available in a wide range of shades to suit all skin tones, this firming foundation is packed with good-for-skin plant extracts. Chicory leaf can boost the synthesis of collagen in the skin and will visibly firm and illuminate the complexion while organic oat sugars have a lifting effect. Red jania encourages cell renewal, which in turn helps to smooth the skin and make it look more radiant. Also, Clarins Everlasting Youth Fluid contains an anti-pollution and skin tone optimising complex made from soft-focus powders and coated pearls that have a luminous, rosy reflection - it's the perfect antidote to dull, ageing skin. Why We Love It Fans of the Clarins Extra-Firming Foundation fear not, this improved formulation boasts more skincare benefits and better coverage. It will let the skin breathe rather than mask it and works well for skin of all ages, as well as mature. We all adore the satin finish it provides. It takes into consideration the fact that as we age, so does our skin. The sebum levels slow down and result in the skin feeling and looking dry, which in turn can highlight skin imperfections. A hydrating foundation with light-reflective particles will nourish and add radiance to the face, and that's what the Everlasting Foundation does. In its weighted glass bottle (made from 25% recycled glass) this foundation feels luxurious while at the same time being considerate of the environment, which is always a good thing! How To Use It Less is more when it comes to this foundation; you only need a few drops because it's highly pigmented. Best applied using your fingers, warm a little of the foundation slightly in your hands before smoothing onto the face starting into the centre and working outwards towards the neck, hairline and ears. Or, if you prefer, use your favourite foundation brush and apply in the same way. Works Well With If you need a little extra helping hand in your under-eye area or blemishes the Everlasting foundation works perfectly paired alongside one of the Clarins concealers.
