Extreme opens with a wave of freshness as zesty bergamot juxtaposes warming cardamom before the heart balances fresh peppermint with a bright mineral solar accord, the signature of Fusion d'Issey. Finally, soft sandalwood and musky-earthy patchouli reveal themselves in the base. Top notes are Cardamom and Bergamot. Heart notes are Peppermint and a Mineral Solar Accord.
