Exfoliate dead skin cells and reduced acne breakouts.   What You Need To Know: Perfect for oily and breakout-prone complexions, the Pharmaceris T Face Gel targets excess sebum and blemishes from the get-go. It works to unclog pores and effectively remove impurities and excess oils without causing skin irritation or dryness; it even boasts antibacterial properties to cleanse the skin and restore the proper balance of bacterial flora. But what active ingredients are behind this soap-free formula? Sodium salicylate is paired with mandelic acid to gently buff away dead, dulling and pore-clogging skin cells to help reduce acne breakouts, while exceptionally mild cleansing agents lace the formula, so the skin's natural protective barrier doesn't get disrupted.
